Refund & Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, personalized items, or items damaged due to customer misuse are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
