At RakuSpun, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds for our Dresses, Two Piece Sets, Skirts, and Tops.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like underwear or bodysuits unless they are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible period. We do not have a self-service user portal.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
