Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Method & Destinations
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

- Europe & United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Other International Regions: 15-25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country upon arrival of the package. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to RakuSpun. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. RakuSpun is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
