Orders & Shipping
How long does processing take before my order ships?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Where do you ship to and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please initiate your return through our returns portal. For assistance, email [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

How can I find the right size for Dresses, Sets, Skirts, or Tops?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing your body measurements to the chart for the best fit, as sizing can vary between styles.
Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor and device screen differences, colors may vary slightly from the images.
Do you offer gift cards or packaging?
We currently do not offer physical gift cards or special gift packaging. All orders are packaged securely for transit.
